Features in the room

The location and the staff.This is the second time we've stayed here. Everything is very close, and the area it's in is quite calm, which makes it ideal for our visit

The room had some minor details such as:- The lamp at the edge of the bed is very far, making it uncomfortable to turn it on and off.- One toilet flush button was broken.Also, the pillows could be more comfortable

Cleaning service needs improvment

The location was great! The breakfast was delicious. I liked the courtyard for sitting and lounging as well as the living room.

The fact that the lights weren’t on in the hallway was hard to get used to. Some hallways didn’t really turn on until I got halfway through them. I think the lighting should stay on. The coffee machine in my room was broke and leaked. That was a little frustrating.

Close to everything and very silent location. Excellent mattress and linen, good choice of pillows.Excellent walkin showerTop breakfast with inumerous choices and on-the-spot scrambled eggs, plenty of appetizing things to eat.

Bath Towels could be a bit bigger

Very small room, end of bed nearly touched the tiny sink, very thin walls and extremely noisy.

Fabulous location, very chic decor. Really lovely helpful staff. Really good breakfast too

Location, cleanliness, great value (at the price I paid $110 a night) helpful, smiling receptionists, pretty compact room but comfortable enough (big suitcases could be hard to manage)

A bit hard to find, the hotel entrance is at the back of a restaurant (have to go through the restaurant) it was raining hard when I arrived in the hotel so seeking the hotel was a bit annoying but normally not a big issue...

Location was super , the price was decent . I got in touch with the staff because on my Booking account it appeared as unpaid - although I had paid . The receptionist was super professional , put me at ease , said my clients were fine . Would recommend again

Location. Wonderful breakfast. Excpetional staff. All was great. They even lend you umbellas if it rains.

The breakfast was fantastic! Cleanliness was a plus for us.

There were no doors for the shower area. Teenagers were not that comfortable showering with someone who could see. The bathtub was not accessible for an elderly person, but we did not indicate the need for accessible bathroom.

Just a beautiful hidden gem. Walkable to everything. Good breakfast.

The elevator was out of operation for half a day. But Europe is all about stairs! So embrace it and get those steps in ;)

Excellent location

Bathroom in our room was a bit odd. Sink and shower were in the room with no separate door

Great location, very quite place, beautiful green yard, cozy living room and restaurant, great breakfast, comfortable beds.

Room was bizzard: actually there were two rooms - one with the bed (really nice!) and second - with open wardrobe, one armchair and coffemachine. The walls were with the stains from clothes hangers and baggage. It's so easy to prevent and makes it look tidy. And the TV was old. Without Netflix or the possibility to connect to the internet or to your phone. These are really small things, but it was a bit weird.

Excellent staff who are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms feel big and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, it's in the center of the town without being noisy or on a major street.

Some minor things that could be better; the room was a bit dusty, the phone didn't work, and there was no complimentary water provided.

Location on very quiet alley near the center of town.. Staff very accommodating. Great breakfast.I would stay there again. Air conditioning worked really well. Wonderful little courtyard to sit outside. One wall of the courtyard was covered with living plants.

Nothing that I can think of.Breakfast was served from 8-10. I’m an early riser so starting breakfast starting at 7 AM would have been nice, but this certainly wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

Staff extremely friendly. Location was perfect. Room was spacious. Overall, I would recommend this place and give it high marks but they need to address easily addressable points. Specially since staff was a pleasure to interact with.

We reported that we needed soap bottle to be replenished. It took two days to fix. Before the air conditioning kicked on upon returning to the room every time there was a damp smell in the room. It quickly went away as soon as the air conditioning kicked on.
