- There was a strong sewer smell coming from the toilet. We had to leave the bathroom window open for the night.
- The staffs are all NOT nice. Hotel is far from city center. The price is expensive, hotel has been over rate.No reception during the night. No hair dryer no saver, no refrigerator The room is very very very small, very noise. No recommend.

Bathroom was small.
Lovely staff, Great location and comfy bed.
Limited breakfast options
Clean, relatively near to the city center
Breakfast - no vegetables, no fruits, no boiled eggs, not even a waffle, just pastries and poor jam, some honey in a plastic bear. No fridge in the room.
Location okay - city walkable from there (around 20minutes)
The whole hotel is very smelly - you get woken up in the morning by the smell of bacon, no matter which floor you're on. Additionally, the rooms are tiny (you can barely turn or open your luggage properly). The rooms are not isolated at all and everything is super noisy (we had another guest struggling with their room door for about 20minutes, keeping the whole floor awake with the noise). On top, the parking is extremely expensive and not at the hotel (you need to walk) - that was not clearly indicated and the staff was very unfriendly when asking about parking at the check-in. All in all, we will for sure return to Bruges as we loved the city - but for sure will NOT stay at Hotel Jacobs.
The hotel was really good value, in a lovely quiet backstreet location in easy walking distance of the centre and has excellent generous breakfasts.
Breakfast was lovely, comfortable warm hotel, nice walk into centre, parking was not available nearby so parked at station as car not required for getting around Brugges
Room fairly small with very small shower room
Excellent breakfast, very delicious. Cozy and warm room. Εnough space in the bathroom. Not so much in the room, but who needs it? There's a big bed and an amazing city to spend your day.
The mattress was too soft for my liking. But this is personal.
Place
Room was small, ugly, not very clean It’s forbidden to bring alcohol to your room if it’s not from the hotel barAnd all of it for price 300+ euros for a night
We have stayed here several times. We love the location and the spacious area for four adults to share. The beds are comfortable, bathroom facilities good and the staff very professional. Breakfast is always a highlight.
Honestly we loved our stay. The only thing which wasn't so great was a very noisy family were staying in the room above us. We don't usually experience noise here so it was a bit of a surprise.
The breakfast was excellent, near everything in the center, comfortable room, clean and we'll equipped, the employees are friendly and helpful. You can store your baggage
There was a little sound like a drip, we never know where the noise was coming
Close to centre, good breakfast, clean, traditional
Quiet location on the edge of the old town. Walkable. Comfy beds.
Noise from other guests. Stairs were narrow and tight- possible fire risk. Surly staff at check-in. Breakfast was just ok.
Quiet location, nice facilities, lovely staff.
Room 208 - Small bathroom for adults, noisy extractor fans, noise transfer through floor from room directly above.
Great location in walking distance in a quiet location.
My husband was a bit disappointed with the breakfast as there wasn't much fresh fruit.
Breakfast was good
Room was very cramped and bathroom facilities also cramped. Could have been cleaner.Rooms too close to each other resulted in noise.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was basic but fresh and plentiful. The location was perfect for us quiet with a 15min walk to main square. Quadruple room was spacious and clean perfect for our family. Garage parking too was a bonus if not a little expensive.
Couldn’t fault it.
