Everything was perfect. The location was perfect and the staff were so lovely. They were helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely. We were on our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a lovelier hotel.

My room was so chic. It was small but extremely pleasant with a view and a really nice bathroom.

I can't think of anything in particular.

The room layout and amenities were a highlight! Everything was so cozy, bed was very comfortable and we wish we could stay another night. The bar has a very nice vibe and selection. The location was great for proximity to all the sights and attractions but also for parking. The t'Zand parking area was so close and convenient.

Perfect location, close to everything & only a 10 min walk from the train station. Loved the decor throughout the hotel! Room was a good size, the bed was super comfy and the fire added to the cosy feel. The champagne breakfast was a real treat for New Year’s Day, offering a great selection and the bar is gorgeous - perfect for a drink after a day of site seeing! All the staff we came into contact with were great too! Would definitely return!

Recently refurbished to a high quality contemporary finish, fabulous service, very good breakfast, bar and extremely well located, highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Bruges, the staff went out of their way to make our stay welcoming

The rooms are very petite, but that’s a sacrifice to make to be so central

The whole place was exceptional. Not a bad word to say, from the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel is absolutely stunning, inside and out and the rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean!We also tried the bar attached to the hotel, the vibe was immaculate, amazing cocktails and friendly staff yet again!! Located close to everything (5 minute walk to the main square) would highly recommend

Wonderful helpful staff, especially Stephanie who answered many questions regarding nearby tours, attractions, etc. Location is ideal, hotel is beautifully designed and breakfast is lovely.

Rooms although beautifully designed lack a few helpful items for travelers, such as a luggage rack. There is limited storage space for non-hanging items. And the shower can be tricky - Room 202 had a lovely square rainfall shower but two sides only had panels that went 1/2 way, therefore hard to prevent water from spraying out into the bathroom.

Really loved our stay there very good location, breakfast was excellent and the lady who owned it was absolutely fantastic would definitely stay here again, very slightly overpriced but we were very happy with what we had can’t fault them

Room was lovely and very comfortable. Not at all noisy. Bar on property had an interesting selection of cocktails.

Minor issue- the wardrobe shelves were very wide and mostly extremely high so it was hard to put all our things away on shelves we could comfortably reach.
