This is a quant place in a really good spot. Booking was pleasant and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.
I think I got THE worst apartment in this location, and the worst amenities I've stayed in over 25 years of business travel.Apartment was up a very narrow staircase. 2 apartments twinned. Couple next to me were enjoying themselves. A lot.Everything in the apartment was run down and WITHOUT a doubt the WORST shower I've ever had in my life. In fact I'd go so far as to say this is NOT a shower. This is a bath with a hand shower. Lucky I am bald.
Room had everything basic you need i suppose including a hairdryer and soap. Staff were very friendly and polite. Staff also were kind enough to let us leave bags there and give us information about Brugge which was very nice.
No stand up shower which was not explained before. I had 3 hip surgeries and im 190cm tall so i could not shower because of this. Bath was placed under a sloped roof which made it very difficult. Floor was dirty and not cleaned or mopped. My gf wore white socks which turned very dirty on the bottom after walking on the floor for 30 seconds. Breakfast was not available because of renovation which is fine of course but then please communicate this before hand. Walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbors all the time with every movement.
Nice position to reach the downtown and the railway station.
Room small, not so clean. OK for small trip.
The hotel has a great location, very close to the Grote Markt and other main attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. The room size was decent and comfortable enough for two people. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, we were able to request a kettle and a hair dryer without any issues.
However, we were assigned to the annex building, which was quite noisy whenever people passed by. It was also a bit inconvenient having to walk about two minutes to the main building for breakfast. The room itself is old and was quite cold despite the heating being turned on. The TV did not work, and the hair dryer provided was one of the old models that overheats and stops working after a short time, so we had to request another one from the staff.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so cosy and the bed so comfortable. The location was amazing for the train station and only a 7 minute walk into the main square.
Three stay in this hotel a very lovely hotel in the best part of Bruges not too far from the centre a great location and worth a visit if in the area
The room was very warm and comfortable, with an incredibly soft and cozy bed. The location was perfect — close to every main attraction, so we could easily explore the city on foot. The staff were amazing! The girl at the reception when we arrived was so kind and helpful — she welcomed us warmly, gave us a list of places, bars, and restaurants to try for an authentic local experience, and really made us feel at home. After check-out, they even allowed us to leave our luggage until our departure, which was very convenient. The price was extremely reasonable for everything the hotel offers. Our experience was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!
Good location
Clean tidy breakfast good
I liked the location, the breakfast, the bed comfort, the atmosphere, the cleanness..
Small things such as ventilator fan very very loud and rattling in the bathroom, connected with the light switch. Also at beginning of the night, outdoor and indoor noises of other guests coming back in, hanging out on the street talking for a while.
Bed was comfortable
Mold in the room. Walls were dirty. Room was unpleasant.
The location was really good. Close to all the sightseeing. The reception people were Friendly.
The soundproof was so bad.
Ok room size and very good location
Very basic breakfast.

Only minus was the night staff when we arrived. Inpatient not helpful not interested to work at allThe room toilet leaking floor was whet when we requested the other room . Front desk guy first said hotel is full than accommodated us to an new room In the morning we where lucky to have amazing girls on day shift and pleasant guy in the afternoon
Good accessible by car, large paid parking next door and located in the historic city centre of Brugge
Leaking wadh basin drain causing the bathroom floor to be wet
Nice breakfast selection, very friendly daytime staff. Excellent location. Nice outdoor patio space. Very clean.
Poor soundproofing so was woken up on occasion. Upstairs bathroom fan very noisy when in use. Unlike superb daytime staff, night shift very lazy. However you get what you pay for and accommodation far exceeded value for money.
Very cozy and the staff were very friendly. Also the view was amazing
