Convenient location. Gracious staff.

Internet wifi was horrible, like dual up speed, and could not get a good signal on my phone either. The armoir/closet was half full with the fridge. It was a big room, could have put it somewhere else. The hangers were motel style stem-only. Silly stuff.

Location was great, room was clean, breakfast was good.

Location is perfect for exploring the centre of Bruges, the hotel itself is very comfortable, luxurious and has extremely polite and professional staff. Breakfast was excellent with a full range of fresh fruit, pastries, cooked items and also non dairy milk and yoghurts.

For me I didn’t hate anything because I had no use for it but their car parking area fit 4 cary( as i said it must be a real residential place converted to a hotel

Excellent position

Parking. We needed to park locally. Also confusing no go roads around the hotel area.

The location is very good and we had high expectations after our last visit unfortunately these fell rather short :(

We were located in a very run down wing of the hotel with large bleach stains on carpet. Upon arrival we were greeted with the sound of very loud drilling. Very disappointing in comparison with our previous stay. Very few staff around (none in bar/lounge area).

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, even got a free upgrade. The breakfast was also very decent.

I think the only thing I had an issue with was the pillows. They were absolutely terrible, one of them was too high and the other one is as soft as a sock. That did impact my quality of sleep a bit.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was beautiful, with large windows that gave a great view of the city. The bathrooms and facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the sauna in the wellness spa that was included in the tariff. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Their lounge was lovely, where we could spend some time reading books and let our daughter colour, which was available at the hotel. The size of the rooms was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a twin bed in the room that was very comfortable as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the city center, making it easily accessible to all the attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s decorations were beautiful and well-thought-out, adding to the overall ambiance and making our experience truly memorable.

Everything was wonderful, especially the breakfast. I haven’t seen such a wide and high-quality selection in hotels for a long time. The staff was also extremely welcoming and friendly.

Very outdated, carpeting in the room very dirty, room not functional, toilet had no lock on it or towels inside, bathroom very outdated and almost no storage, no hooks at the entrance to hang coats - with snow and rain all had to be carried through the room, no USB sockets for devices

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very convenient yet quiet location. Good breakfast. Cleanness. Architecture of the building and coffee rooms was interesting.

The toilet room was without a sink or a shower, separate from those utilities. Small shower while a lot of room spent on a bath tub. Poor temperature regulation in the room, the thermostat setting was a suggestion rather than a control. Shower water temperature was fluctuating. Whiffs of sewer around the town reminded of Brugge’s rich historical background. Considering all these little issues, the room price feels too high for what you get. I feel it is applicable to the whole area.
