- I loved the location of the hotel. It was in city center and very convenient. There's a parking lot not far from there
- The location of the hotel is great. Everything was in a walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. It was not very spacious but there was enough room for 2 people. The breakfast was quite standard. The food was fresh, even if not very diverse.
- Good price and near City center. Parking near by
Cons -
- Breakfast was limited but okay :)
- Can't complain for price
- The room was very minimalist, only one pillow on the bed per person. The curtains are not fixed well, when I was trying to open the curtains, they fell off their trail. The bathroom/toilet does not have a proper door, its a swing door. No mirror inside the room and a huge useless wall closet. When renovating the hotel they seem to have went with the cheapest materials.

The location is very good, 5 min walk + Bus to arrive at the station. Right next to the Saturday Market, you can see it from the window! The rooms have all the utilities needed for a single night stay. The staff were very efficient. but sometimes no one would be at the reception. Price was not the cheapest but fair compared to the market.

Location, room size, comfortable bed, easy access into hotel
Bathroom could use an upgrade, no iron or hair dryer in the room
Close to centrum
The bathroom door, which cannot be called a dorr and whitch also creaks. - real pleasure in the night
Great location, small selection of breakfast but great quality
Location
The bedbugs and the hotel's response. I paid 188.10 Euro for 2 rooms in the Lace Hotel Bruges for one night. One room was infested with bedbugs with the occupant being bitten many times. He abandoned the room after only a few hours use, and I was awoken really early so that we could leave the hotel (he had been sitting in reception for hours as no members of staff were available to provide an alternative room). Images and videos were sent to Booking.com. The hotel states that they do not have bedbugs, despite bloodied bed lined being left in the room. I have been offered a 38 Euro refund by booking.com that can be used via their website. This is unacceptable. See attached photo.
Good location, good size room, comfy beds, Big clean bathroom... Decent breakfast.
Generally speaking If you are into details of a well designed and delivered hospitality Lace hotel might let you down. Nothing irreparable, we still had a good time. The breakfast buffet is pretty out of stock with food 30 min before closing time, a pair of trainer pants left in the closet by the client before, couldn't find the TV remote and had to ask for an hair dryer (asked for it at 9AM to hear back "I can give it to you at 10:30" - the only staff on duty in the morning apparently was the one looking after breakfast)
The staff kept our luggage for 2 hrs down. Staff r nice.
Two things1) The shower area lacks a proper barrier or enclosure, so water easily spills out and causes overflow onto the bathroom floor2) while we were there, a carnival was happening close by and it was very noisy
Habitación amplia, cerca de atractivos turísticos IDEAL para recorrer Brujas!
The hotel is literally in the city center and location is perfect. We like everything about the place. The staff were so kind and helpful. We’ll chose here again if we go to Brugge again. Thanks for everything!
Price performance is very good, they gave me a room facing the back. It was quiet, transportation was very easy, very close to the center.
The toilet doors need to be renewed and there is a slight smell in the toilets.
The location was great with nice and friendly staff. There was a large, somewhat noisy fair in town and upon request I was given a room on the backside of the building away from the noise. The room was nice and big, very bright, although with somewhat worn furnishings.
There is no coffee/tea maker in the rooms despite this being advertised, the lockboxes are blocked and not useable and the airconditioner does not actually cool the air, just circulates it. The double bed was actually two singles next to each other and and would separate during the night creating a gap in the middle (neither the boxsprings nor mattresses were sturdy enough to keep them in place).
Perfect location. Only 15 mins walk from Bruges train station. 3 mins walk to a supermarket express (Carrefour). About 7 mins away from a bigger supermarket (Proxy). Niageela (Receptionist) was the perfect host. So friendly. So helpful. Always smiling. She very kindly allowed me to leave my bags in my room on the day of departure for a few hours. Basic bedroom. Comfy bed. Small fridge in the room. Great shower. €15 for breakfast, did not avail of this.
My room wasn't cleaned. No air con. A very noisey air cooler provided. Thankfully I didn't need to use it. Squeaky swing bathroom door, could do with some oil.
Location and good price
Walls and doors are a bit thin so you can hear everyone who walks past your room
Big spacious room, desk for working and big bathroom.
No fridge to cool water.
LocationEasy access once checked in
Needed a bit more info about heating adjustment, some appliances and breakfast arrangements
We spent one night at this hotel in Bruges in February. The breakfast was simple but okay—better than expected after reading some reviews. The staff were fine, but we often couldn’t find anyone at reception and had to call for assistance. For one night, it was acceptable, and the price was reasonable for Bruges (though €100 still felt like a lot for such a basic room). The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—right in the center, which is very convenient. Everything was also very clean.Overall, if you don’t expect much, it will be fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
The hotel is very basic, and the room (we stayed in room 14) was extremely small. We couldn’t open the bathroom door properly, and the closet door couldn’t be opened either as it hit the bed. There was also no place to hang towels in the bathroom.
Perfekt site in a lovely city. Need GPS to access if you come by car but a parkinghouse is just in front of the hotel under the plaza.
The suggestion of restaurant Vlammische Pot was very bad.In The room the saloondoor to the bathroom was just not ok.
