    • The room had everything needed for our stay. Parking was a plus for us.

    Cons -

    • Little details, the kittle wasn’t totally clean
    • No radiator in the bathroom meant it was freezing cold. Coffee machine didn’t work and property wasn’t as clean as we would have liked.
    • It was just a little bit far from the centre for me. But doable at a slow pace.

The location was great, the room was comfortable and warm. I loved that they gave us beer, water and coffee capsules.

The only thing is that would have liked the room to be a bit bigger and a clearer place to leave the luggage before check in/ after check out. The area under the stairs was not available. There was a bit of dust over the kettle and coffee maker too.

Location, size of room, ease of checking in

The location was great. The host was courteous although communication is through the app only, even if the fire alarm goes off....

The walls are paper thin, one can hear even minor noises in the hallway and especially in the adjacent rooms. It was way overpriced however that may have been because of another big event being in town during our stay....

    Great location, pretty stylish room

Minor things in terms of cleanliness

    5NPosted on: 9-21-2025

Quiet area near the centre. Convenient

It was smaller than it looked. Full of dust and mosquitoes stains and spiders net. The badroom had mould. Good size but missing some accesories like hangers for towels os selves in shower . Desapoiting really

The distance to the city centre, easy check-in

The room was dusty unfortunately, room is a little and as a consequence it was very difficult to breath sometimes. The bathroom should be renovated because of the little mold

We had a wonderful stay in Bruges! The check-in process was smooth and very well organized, all the details provided beforehand were super clear, which made our arrival stress free.We had ordered the breakfast box in advance via email, and it was delivered in the morning right to our hotel room door. It was nicely prepared and fresh. The cleaning was excellent. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges!

    Location was close to center.

Window was broken, it was unable to close completely from top. The weather was rainy and both of the windows had leakage. If we didnt notice, there would ve water everywhere. Because of the window, it was windy inside and cold. There was wind noice all over the room. It was a disaster, I came here with my mom who is 68 years old and she also couldn't sleep and now we need to spend time until our train without any sleep.

Easy checkin, quick 5 min walk to main square

Some marks on bedding, no aircon which is fine for this time of year, no lift incase you have big bags but for us it was fine

Just big enough to store your stuff and be a base for a holiday. Nice and cozy and close to the Markt without being overrun with tourists

Lots of flies and mosquitos but likely due to it being summer.Wasn't clear that there was a fridge in the room so we didn't find it till the morning we were leaving - so a wee list of what's available in the room would have been great. They also seem to host a class in the afternoon where there was lots of loud banging sounds but wasn't too bad as only lasted a short while.

    Close to the centre.

At the start there was some feel of dampness un the room but it dissapeared after starting the fan.

    10DerynPosted on: 7-1-2025

Great location, big comfy bed with clean bedding, room had everything needed. It was quite warm during our stay so the two big windows and ceiling fan were wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

The shower was quite small and the doors didn't seal properly so the floor got a bit wet, but this didn't detract from the wonderful stay we had and how nice the room was.

    8AliciaPosted on: 6-28-2025

It's a nice and cozy room, well located next to the old town center. The fan on the roof helped to sleep in the hot nights. The team was lovely and helpful, creating a chat for me (Google directed me to the wrong place) making sure I would reach the right place.

The walls are a bit thin... so you can hear your neighbors. Luckily, earplugs were provided.

    Very helpful staffNice location

The room cleaning really need an improvement, it was very dusty. The room was on the last floor (3rd) and it was really really warm without AC

Everything was so clean, easy self check in. Close to everything!

    7JenniferPosted on: 5-16-2025

The room was quiet and cosy. It was a five to ten minute walk into town.

It was quite small and the toilet was very small.

    10RichardPosted on: 5-14-2025

Everything is clean and well maintained. It's nice and quiet in a beautiful location. It's very easy to get to the old city from here.

Nothing! Everything was (for us) perfect.
