Good location. Very charming hotel and room

Although the rooms and bathroom where nice and large, we had a hard time with the toilet not operating correctly.

Great place near the center. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was perfect for three ladies traveling together. Breakfast was good, not over the top with a nice selection

Everything was good

Very large room. Great location just 4 blocks from the Market. Also, some great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Whoever rented the room above us was noisy until about 10:00pm, thankfully they calmed down after that.

We liked having the outside elevator because it made it so much easier to transport our luggage!

There wasn’t much to dislike about the property; however, the bicycle that my husband used was very heavy and difficult to pedal. Also, we felt that the manager was a bit stiff and we were hard pressed to communicate with him.

Location good. Hotel old and outdated. Breakfast minimal and shabby. Hotel staff indifferent and not particularly helpful or forthcoming. Room good.

Breakfast buffet was poor, starting it at 8:30 am not really appropriate, lack of room for the number of guests having breakfast. Sitting room outdated and sort of musty.

Atmosphere and Location was perfect. Very peaceful place with beautiful small garden inside.

Pillows where little bit hard though ?

The breakfast was excellent…healthy food, well prepared, good coffee, beautiful breakfast room. The location was convenient to everything and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

The bath/shower was very slippery. I have good balance but I would have used a no slip mat if one had been provided. Also the shower took a while to figure out because it was not typical. Instructions would have saved time. These are small things…I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Beautiful rooms in a historic mansion! Our room was well-equipped and very clean. It was quiet but also very centrally located. We will definitely stay here again!

Located in a large old mansion, the hotel was lovely, warm, quiet and welcoming. Staff was always ready to help. My room was elegant and large. The breakfast couldn’t have been better. All in all, it made my stay in Bruges doubly memorable. Would return in a minute.

Amazing hotel with the interior according to Brugge style, very good and variable breakfast with pleasant classic music. Even an elevator from the ground floor. Everyday cleaning!

Nice location, spacious rooms. For 15 Euros we could use the washing machine and dryer.

Beds too hard

Charged 15 per night for the dog which is very expensive.Didn’t clean the room - we took the dog out and left the sign on the door to say the room could be cleaned but it wasn’t.Shabby interior. V poor shower bathroom for the price. Expensive and overrated.
