Hotel Biskajer by CW Hotel Collection - Adults Only

Perfect location, minutes from the 8thsquare, close to everything. Has a/c. The bed was comfy and staff friendly.

The room was so small we had to jump over the luggage to get into bed. Bathroom tiny with slanted ceiling, moldy, and poorly ventilated. Old and rough towels. The elevator was so small it could only fit 1 person with a suitcase or 2 people...

Quaint and beautiful , minutes from the main square and many restaurants and canal boat tours. The room is on the small size but it is lovely!

Location is excellent. Very clean and silent. Clean too.

Adorable rooms great location and staff very helpful

Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Only one problem with the room that got fixed straight away. Very good.

Clean and friendly staff

Smaller room

Lovely hotel in a fab location with an excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, polite, and very helpful. It is a cozy hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests are welcomed with chocolates and kindly sent off with cookies, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious. The location is very convenient, with museums and main attractions within walking distance.

Nothing at all.

I love that it is located in the Historical centre and by the canals. Very charming hotel and area is very safe for female solo travellers. The staff were really nice and kind.

The location is great, in the middle of the historical quarter. The staff was very polite and friendly. the breakfast was excellent with good variety of food articles.

The room was very small, no place even to open a bag. The toilet extremely small, and very unhygienic, with sewer smell that did not go away even after running water in the sink and shower. definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Location is perfect, quiet area and close enough to the busy areas. Close to wonderful restaurants and quiet enough to give you the small town charm!

Hotel is in a quiet area but very near lots of cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious and well-equipped especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good with quite a bit of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It isn't easy to park nearby if you drive there. There is usually some space to stop opposite to unload but parking locally is limited. There are several underground car parks in Bruges but navigating to them is tricky but possible. Also, while breakfast has plenty of choice, the cooked items could do with being kept hotter in their bowls.

Property so nice and clean great location nice staff good breakfast

Location is terrific. Tucked in a quiet corner and close to all the historic areas. This hotel was a delight from the moment we walked in. Althea was amazing in taking great care of us. Breakfast was superb, the best of our 3 week trip. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Nothing. Everything was 5 star.

Hotel is cosy and very stylish. Rooms are beautiful and we liked ours very much. Breakfast is nice, but not too diverse. The center is on the walking distance. Overall a great atmosphere and a nice place to stay. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming staff.Room, whilst not huge, had a very large comfy bed and plenty storage space for a weeks visit.Breakfast had good selection.Quiet location very close and easy walk to centre.

Nothing really.Only point would be shower is over bath and long hose from tap in bath bit inconvenient.

From entering the front door the experience at the hotel was phenomenal. The staff were so helpful and gracious. The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. I recommend the breakfast at least one morning! It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Lastly, the location was ideal as it was slightly off the beaten path to make it quite but an easy walking distance to the Christmas markets and most attractions and is right next to a main bus station to get to the train station or the hotel staff will call/schedule a taxi for you!!

Quiet , bed very comfortable

Very expensive Room very small

The location and cost decor.

The room was too small

Loved the boutique feel of this hotel. fabulous lloation. Great food and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like.
