The stairs are a little tricky

Breakfast was pretty basic but okay. Breakfast area was nice and quiet. The room was also spacious.

They knew we would come by car 2 months in advance and didnt reserve a parking spot in their garage for us. Led to much logistical hassle. Also, they had us prepay the whole stay in advance.

The room was quite large, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the city center and major attractions. The price was excellent for the area, and the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The bed could have been more comfortable. A better mattress would have made the experience even better. Still worth the stay.

Thin walls and ceilings.

European breakfast was offered, good variety of breakfast items. Hot items were not available.Room was comfortable, except pillows were long pieces of rectangular foam stuffed in a decorative pillow. I couldn't use the pillows. Location of the hotel was just on the outskirts to the central part of Bruges.

The internet was weak and would freeze up viewing a short video. Pillows were 'cut rectangular foam' put in a decorative pillow case. They look attractive, but not to be used for resting, sleeping with.

Very nicely updated. Great location close to old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Hooks on the bathroom door for hanging things.

Our shower smelled of raw sewage and AC was advertised although the room didn’t have one during a heat wave.

Rooms were a bit small

Gorgeous old building with beautiful art deco decor. Extremely clean and comfortable room, fabulous shower. The toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom, in a little closet, which was odd but ultimately fine. Beautiful walk from the train station, nearly right across the street from the market square.

The location of the hotel was great.

We were first given a ground-floor room with no privacy, and only after complaining loudly were we suddenly offered a better room even though initially the staff said they have no other room so they tried to scam us.Despite claiming to have king-size beds, both rooms had standard ones. The location is also noisy due to traffic, making it hard to sleep.

Great location to visit old town. The staff was great. Knowledgeable in events of the city.

Breakfast was good, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, some fruit, cereal. The room was clean and spacious enough, we faced the main street but it wasn't too noisy after 10-11pm and we had no trouble sleeping as the beds were very comfortable. The location was good, not too far a walk from the train station and not too far a walk into the old town city center.

Perfect location close to centre of Bruges

It had no air conditioner so was quite warm in the room. A fan was brought later on which helped a bit.

Conveniently located, (paid) parking available on site, comfortable beds, but the best was the staff. Our hostess was super helpful and friendly!

Our room was small which is, of course, quite normal in cities. There was a nice sitting area on our floor though, so we sat there for a while enjoying a drink and reading a book.

Great location close to central Bruges. Really good breakfast. Staff all wonderful. Rooms very clean. Beds very comfortable.

The hotel was very central. A 15 minute walk from Bruges Central Station and a 10 minute walk into the main square. It was a very cosy hotel and they had everything we needed

A convenient, smaller hotel close to one of the main squares in the city centre. Modern and well presented, with all the facilities that we needed. No complaints, and I would be happy to recommend it to other visitors.

This was a huge convenience and demonstrated their excellent customer service.Finally, I must commend the hotel on its cleanliness and orderliness. My room was spotless, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and tidy.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
