Hotel Albert I

It is possible to walk to hotel from the train station but the path is rather bumpy for luggage wheels. Great breakfast. Room 12 was very quiet and the bathroom is rather large.

Close to tourist area and all transport systems.

There wasn’t a lift and the stairs were tricky to manage. No bar .

The location was a short walk to all the areas of the city we wanted to visit. The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were tidied during the day and complimentary tea & coffee was topped up. The token gifts we were given during our last breakfast very thoughtful.

Never slept so well than I did at this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.The rooms were replenished daily and cleaned.Breakfast....OMG....we rolled out of the dining room it was fabulous.The staff we absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

Although the hotel doesn't have a lift and the stairs were narrow, the staff was very helpful with the luggage.

The staff was wonderful. We want to recognize the lady at the breakfast and the mister at the reception. The loctaion near the train station for travelers that have large size luggage and that are staying for just a few days is great.

For travelers with several luggages going up the stairs can be a challenge.

Was just perfect. Location was in the middle of where we wanted go visit. The room was very clean and warm. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was continental and lots of it. The staff were very sweet and nothing was too much trouble.

The woman who runs the morning breakfast service was absolutely delightful! The breakfast was terrific and her service made the stay better than we expected. Also, the 3 individual beds were so appreciated for 3 friends traveling together.Also, being able to walk from the train station saved us the cost of transportation.

The location was great, but a bit noisy as it is across the street from a bus terminal. If the windows needed to be opened, it would have been very hard to sleep. While it wasn't an issue for us, there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, which made getting luggage up and down the stairs challenging.

Breakfast was amazing. The amount and variety of food was perfect. And the lady serving tables was incredibly warm, careful and helpful.The room is extremely clean, including the bathroom.The hotel is near the station and the center, and in a super quiet environment.We recommend this hotel with no doubt to everyone that is looking for a really comfortable stay in Brugge.
