A very comfortable room with great views over the canal. Stunning location as only a few minutes walk from the main historic square. A short walk to all of the historic sights in old Bruges. We had a warm welcome upon our arrival and the reception guy took us and our luggage to our room. We plan to stay here in February 2027.
We didn't have the breakfast or dinner in the hotel as they were quite expensive.
Lovely hotel and great location. The breakfast wa delicious! Thanks to the welcoming lady who attended breakfast too.

Excellent location, rooms, service, breakfast. We enjoyed our holiday weekend in Bruges. A big thanks to the hotel staff!
Not a very big deal, but we frequently received the same auto-generated welcome email, requesting us to mention the expected arrival time.
Beautiful property right on the canal.Well maintained and stunningly decorated for Christmas.
Can’t think of anything.
The location of the hotel was very good, being a short walk to the main old market square.and all of the main sites. However see road noise note. The bedroom was very comfortable and nice and warm.
The hotel is on a busy inner city road, which is noisy in the morning given the cobblestones. The traffic starts at 6.00am.The pillows were a bit hard one of us.
Everything! We were upgraded to a lovely big room with a super comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. Little gifts were left on our bed each evening which was a lovely touch. The staff are all lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is absolutely spotless and in the centre of Bruges, perfect for sightseeing.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel, and that is high praise coming from me as I am hard to please!
The location was perfect with easy access to rown. Right across thw canal drom an outstanding brewery.
Had no dislikes
My room was upgraded to a lovely large room that overlooked the canal.
The location was perfect , staff were polite and informative , we were given an upgrade into a spotless and well curated spacious room . Whisper quiet and lovely outlook . Very happy .
Stunning hotel, staff amazing, super clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent!!!!
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there. The bed was super comfortable. We had a charming room and it was very quaint and cozy. I loved that the room had a bathtub! I also appreciate that they use Belgian bath products, always keep it local!
At a 5 star hotel, I have higher expectations. Dusting and cleaning underneath the bed, for example. The shower door didn't seal completely so the water leaked out all over the floor. To prevent this, we had to use hand towels and they became soaking wet. Finally, there is a small note that explains the concentration of the bathroom products. This is great, however, it would be better suited in the shower. For example, the conditioner is not meant to be rinsed out of the hair, it is a leave-in product. I didn't know this until after I used it as it didn't say on the note and I'm not accustomed to reading the bottles before using. A solution might be to take the conditioner out of the shower and place it near the sink to emphasize that is not to be used in the shower. The products are lovely, but as they are concentrated, they have a strong smell. Reading the information in the shower might help future guests who don't always read the small notes.
