Canal Suites

Such a romantic and beautiful stay. We enjoyed the view over the canal also the fire place was the highlight of our visit. Great atmosphere and clean room. The lady on the reception desk was very friendly.

The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice and out-going, the location is stunning...we just looked out our windows down to the canal. The rooms were all unique and charming. And it's close to EVERYTHING.

I wish I had read the instructions better on where to drive to check in since the hotel we stayed in is actually part of a separate building where you check in at. Not their fault, though, since they had put it in the initial email, but I'd forgotten it by the time we arrived.

Location and size of the room. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff was amazingly helpful.

The bed was not good. Saggy. Shower was also difficult to use as it was set up in a tub and made a mess with water

Great room in a nice location overlooking the canal. The suites are separate to the main hotel meaning a short walk from reception but not too far. Overall very pleasant.

This is an absolutely amazing choice! Bruges is beautiful, and this hotel is right by one of the canals! The furnishings, the bathroom, the SPACE (in Europe!) was unbelievable. It was so romantic, quiet and easy! The person who checked us in was beyond helpful and friendly!

Honestly, nothing. It's behind a restaurant bar and seems a little weird at first, but you check in over the bridge. Clearly they have brought a nearby property and renovated it. Oh, and to be fair, the canal "cruises" start early, so if you want to sleep in past nine, close the windows and curtains.

It would have been nice not to check in at "sister hotel" as renovations were being done and would have been great if bar was open for business (July 1 target date was told)

The room was stunning! Beautiful decor, clean and amazing view along the canal. The location was central and near restaurants and all the sights. I would highly recommend. I would stay again.

The room was charming. It was lovely to be on the canal. The location was 2 minutes from the Burg Square. The staff were outstanding - so helpful and knowledgeable.

Perfect location really close to all the historical sites and situated on the canal with a wonderful view. Quiet, clean, luxurious and easy to get to. We loved our stay.

Close to the centre, comfy bed, clean and room high spec. Lady who checked us in very friendly and helpful. By the canal. Tourists on passing boats waved!

We had a lovely stay at the canal suites. The room was clean. The fireplace was exquisite. The lady at the desk was very friendly and recommended us places to visit on our stay. It was our second stay at the canal suites, we’ll definitely come back.

Nothing - can’t wait to return

Very nondescript, quiet part of town. Immediately on the canal, we found that the building was featured on several postcards.

Everything was wonderful! The man at the reception gave us a map and directions to what we could visit in the city. The room was huge with a large and comfortable bed and pillows. It had everything we needed and was very clean and pleasant. Great location - close to everything. Parking is next to the hotel. We would come back again and I recommend it.

The only downside was that the showers were quite old and had clogged holes.

Exceptionally clean, fantastic welcoming and informative staff and beautifully decorated room with tea coffee and water provided.Location couldn’t have been better.
