    Pros +

    • Location and staff. Was right by canal, though most things to see are on the other side.<10 minute walk. The 2 guys at the front desk were amazing - they left hotel to walk us a few doors down to parking, as we probably would not have found it.
    • Location was fab, friendly, simple service. Had breakfast one day which was good.
    • Staff were very friendly and helpful - check in was very easy. The hotel room was clean and extremely quiet so I slept well. The bathroom was great and water pressure was good. The location is amazing - very close to some great cafes and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the main square. Bruges was very cold outside but the room was warm. Bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed my stay and would return.

    Cons -

    • Parking is reasonable and close, but very tight - no full size cars in there. Room could be cleaner, daughter found dried up contact lenses on floor. Overall, pretty minor. Rooms pretty small, but all you need.
    • The bedside lights were not great - not bright and quite awkward to use. Would prefer bedside lamps.
    • Limited parking spots availability at the hotel parking. We had to park our car at a different location, but it was not such a big problem.

Great Location not to far from the main square.

The lift was very old and slow it was quicker to use the stairs

Very friendly staff soon as you arrive. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was great too with easy access to the main square and other locations.

Nothing because everyone and everything about this hotel was great. If we return to Bruge at anytime then we would most definitely look at booking here again.

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main square. The staff were very welcoming and the building was well maintained.

The main door is locked at 8pm and the bar is closed then too!

Short walk to all main attractions, very quiet location next to the canal. Lovely small hotel with everything you need and more, modern and clean

Good breakfast.Confortable bed.Great location close to the Central Square.

    10MarthePosted on: 12-26-2025

The hotel is in a great location, a little away from all the crowds but close to all the attractions. The room was big enough for 3 people, it had comfortable beds and the heating worked very well (it was very cold when we were there). The hotel was modern and cosy, and very clean.

No lift to the top floor where the bigger sized rooms are, but that´s not a huge issue. I very much recommend staying at this hotel.

    9ArianePosted on: 12-23-2025

Friendly staff, great breakfast, cleaness and very quiet.

No conditionner in bathroom, a fridge might be usefull.

This hotel was beautifully presented. Everything was very clean and the staff were lovely. We had a room over looking the river which was just stunning. It was the perfect location for exploring as well.

    Nothing :)

The recent renovations on this property have been incredible - our room was large, modern and beautiful. Great location, easy walk to the XMAS market and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food.

The lift stopped working mid use at one point. The bath shower was very high to step out of and was quite dangerous - definitely needed a grab rail or something to hold onto to avoid slipping and tripping.

    10EvgeniiPosted on: 12-13-2025

Everything was perfect. Excellent location, suit was pretty big and clean, nice staff.

    10HarvinderPosted on: 12-12-2025

Room was bright, airy, well equipped. and a wonderful view of the canal. Great central location being a very short walk into the main square and sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Along with a generous breakfast with a great variety what more can you ask for :-)A real gem - probably one of the best places we've stayed.

    Nothing to dislike.
