The location!

The room ! In every aspect. Decorated last in the late 70's. Cleaned last in the 90's but priced for 2030!

Location was perfect and parking was amazing being so close to the hotel and plenty of space. Really lovely feel in the hotel. And staff were incredibly helpful and greeted with a smile.

The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space itself was beautiful and very well designed. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy through a self-service machine, without the need for direct assistance from staff, which made the whole process smooth and convenient.

Due to the very low outdoor temperature, the air conditioning inside was not sufficient to properly heat the space. Additionally, I personally find air conditioning uncomfortable, as it dried the air too much, and I woke up feeling unwell the next morning. The cleanliness could also be improved, as there was visible dust in certain areas that would have been easy to clean.

Carpets dirty and breakfast was not replenished, arrived to a few slices of polony! No bacon egg or anything else, all empty containers and small variety

Very kind staff, great position to reach the center of Brugge and rich breakfast. It is the perfect choice to stay for 1 maximum 2 nights. They also provide with a storage room to leave the luggages after the check-out time.Even the communication with the staff to have special requests was great.

The sink is a bit too small (the water can spill out quite easily), even the shower door is a bit too small (even in this case the water could easily spill out). I would also suggest to provide with 2 nightstands, one per side of the bed, because we only found one.

Location close to town center, free coffee in lobby. Neat and clean. Grocery store across street.

Smoking allowed at hotel entrance, very small rooms. Mattresses slide around on bed. Limited luggage storage in room. Toilet mounted oddly in small bath making use difficult.

Great location in a court yard, quiet on the edge of main tourist route. Breakfast is across the court yard in opposite hotel, good choice. Room had enough space, only used for sleeping. Love the reception area had a coffee machine free for guests, my partner loves 8/9 cups a day!

The air con was restricted & on a timer, would reset to 21 even if we turned it off after 6 hours. Bit frustrating as we don’t like heat at night and for my partner to say he was hot is some going…..always moans he is cold.

There seemed the odd mosquito flying around the room?!The interior decor was rather drab!No free parking (€17 Euros for 24 hours).

The location in central Brugge is excellent and it was quiet.

We had a 'superior' twin with hardly any room to move or put our luggage. Very small room with narrow beds in a basement.

Impersonal. Don’t like booking in on line.Facilities in Novotel, but again bland and uninviting. Updated room better as it was last time we came

A little bit off the city centre which makes for a quiet place. Clean, modern. Good breakfast albeit in another hotel.

In these dark days the mood lighting in the room, although very nice in normal circumstances, is insufficient to see your stuff when you are packing your bags.
