This is an outstaning hotel, we have been returning to it for long weekends over many years. perfect location, immaculately clean, friendly helpful staff.

It was clean, staff were friendly

No water pressure in the shower and it was impossible to regulate the temperature.It just kept running hot then cold. You either got cold or burnt.Drinks machine in the room. The water didn't get hot enough to have a tea, coffee etc. Sometimes when you just came in out of the cold you needed.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions with ease. Also recommended some great places! The room was spotless, so so clean, comfortable and warm. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standardThe underground car park is also convenient and secure

The location was good. Breakfast was excellent. The bar was nice and the staff were very helpful.

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable in my opinion. One was too large, too deep and a synthetic filling. The other one was square shaped like a cushion and not big enough. They don’t provide you with two regular size feather pillows. We found what they do provide doesn’t facilitate a good night sleep. They make the bed look nice, but we found them uncomfortable to sleep on. Something else that doesn’t facilitate a good night sleep is the proximity of the underground garage door or barrier to the pavilion rooms which makes a loud intermittent mechanical noise into the into the night and in the early morning presumably when cars come and go.

Great location. We were upgraded, checked in early, staff is very helpful. Receptionist is smoking hot.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings!! The staff were very informative and helpful too. Close to everything. Would 100percent stay here again.

Disappointing.

We loved Bruges, but our hotel experience was very disappointing.While room service was fast and the hotel atmosphere was nice, the rest of the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. We were forced to upgrade to a different room category because we were traveling with our 4-year-old child, supposedly due to “safety and policy” reasons. We don’t mind paying extra for comfort — but in this case, we paid more and felt less comfortable.The room itself felt unsafe and impractical. It had slippery stairs, and I fell and got bruised, which affected my entire stay. I was constantly worried about my child falling as well. The bathroom being upstairs made things even more inconvenient, especially at night.Valet and parking were chargeable, which is understandable, but the extra fees just to park the car were unreasonable.Some staff members were very friendly, but unfortunately others made us feel unwelcome.Bruges is beautiful, but sadly this hotel did not meet expectations.

The hotel is at a great location. The room was good. There was a smell in one of the rooms. But the hotel staff took care of it. Breakfast is excellent. Overall it is a great hotel to stay in. The bed is very comfortable and cosy.

The room we stayed in wasn’t the room we wanted to stay in but it ok.

Drive to car park was tricky but that is Bruges not the hotel !

Good standard of room including bed and pillow. Breakfast was very good, including Champagne and Chocolate.

Car park was very expensive to stay each night 35 euros per night which i didnt see written on booking.comNo liquid hand soap in bathroom just bar of soap.

Great room very spacious. Amazing buffet breakfast. loved having a bath and a shower in the room. massive bed, very comfortable. Lovely hotel bar. Great location and very convenient to explore the city.

Fabulous location. Beautiful hotel with stunning architecture. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.

There was a bad smell from the ground floor toilets near the lift. We did address this with a member of staff who denied smelling anything. It was however rectified the following day

It was a beautiful building, perfect location and very attentive staff!
