Pros +
- Close proximity to everything we wanted to see. The staff were so friendly and helpful, thank you for a great experience!
- Location and staff. Very accommodating and friendly.
- Great location close to train station and old city.
Cons -
- The showers aren¿t the best. The swinging door closes off half the shower, so you cannot use it while you¿re standing up to shower, or you¿ll get water all over the floor. It is also very high off the ground, I was worried I was going to slip.
- The lobby was a bit disheveled but forgivable. The room seemed nice until you actually started using it. The shower had A lot of black mold, it leaked as it was used. The AC did not work and the street was so loud that we had to close the window.
- Noise level was high in the room early in the morning due to traffic out on Viale amassing street that our room looked out on.

Location and staff. Very accommodating and friendly.
