- Great location, customer service, and functioning air conditioning.
- The WiFi was the fastest hotel WiFi I've ever used. I was able to stream the Succession finale with no problems. The drapes could be closed to make the room absolutely dark during daylight. The location one block from the station was very convenient
- Large room.
Cons -
- The beds were a little hard, but we also found that to be the case (even more so) in another accommodation in Italy, so maybe the beds overall are on the firmer side there?
- The staff could have been quicker to reply to standard requests. Did not like that the breakfast featured fake Douwe Egbert coffee-syrup-flavored drinks instead of real coffee.
