Cons -
- HOTEL was in a transformation state(Under construction/remodeling). Normal entrance, front desk, lobby were NOT available. They had a door on the side of the building that was not marked or distinguished Plastic dirt drapes separating work areas. NOT GOOD
- Just a shame about the building works but understand it has to be done.

The hotel was super convenient if you were taking a cruise - just a five minute walk from the port. The rooms were nice and clean, great breakfast, and the staff were very helpful to tell us about the city and what to see in South Hampton.

Important Info:
Starting the 1 February 2016 the hotel will commence in a bedroom refurbishment of 2 floors to create brand new Executive Bedrooms. During this time there will be noise works between the hours of 9.30 until 17:30. On occasions, i.e. less busy times during the day, there will be only one guest lift in operation.The work will be completed by the 23rd March 2016.
