The the hotel and room cleanness
I don't like the single entry point to the hotel except there is another I am not aware. checking my exit points in case of emergencies wasn't clear to me
Everything. Rooms not cleaned for the 3-nights we stayed here. Had to ask for clean towels, clean cups, tea bags every day despite putting the tag on the door. The receptionists were unhelpful. The bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't work. Avoid.
Its Location
Car parking in the area. The public car parks we were told to use by the hotel were some of the most difficult i have ever used.
Room had been obviously cleaned and maintained. Great restaurants in the area.
Bathroom shower curtain was stained and the room itself was very had to get to and not easily accessible.
no usb charging points
Staff are always fantastic and always willing to help if there's anything is Wong
All good
Clean tidy and friendly staff
Nothing of note
