Excellent location

We moved the bedside table ( with ease) and unfortunately underneath it was pitted with dust. It was clear it hadn't been moved in months

Central location immaculately clean, good size rooms easy and efficient check in. Very helpful staff

Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard.

The hotel feels very welcoming and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room had enough space to be comfortable, with a desk in the corner by the window, decent sized wardrobes. The beds are good. There is a large mirror near the door. The shower was excellent, large and the valve is thermostatic and by the entrance so you can set it going without getting your arm wet. I recommend the breakfast as well, really everything you could want.

Not really anything to criticise, but I was aware of sound of the air conditioner. It didn’t bother us but I guess if you’re super sensitive to sound it might.

Room was freezing cold (heating was broken) and it took the staff 45 minutes after 11pm to find an alternative- no apology The breakfast receptionist took exception to me saying that the cutlery was dirty and slammed it down on an adjacent table

The staff were brilliant and very helpfulTea and coffee facilities were good. Great choices too.

I booked this as a Xmas gift for my 2 daughters and son in laws and for price l paid with no breakfast l was extremely disappointed. Plus a mix up at desk my daughter had to pay as couldnt see that it was already paid for then as result money now waiting to go back to my daughters account so l wasn't amused

The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice and good quality produce.The staff at this hotel were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble.

- keycards consistently malfunctioning (ie not able to open the door) but on a good note staff were quick to help

Alway use this Hotel when I come to Newcastle , perfect location , excellent breakfast and staff are alway welcoming

Booked for the location as it was so close to the train station and centre of town. The rooms were really big and the bed was massive. The bathroom was nice and clean, as was the reception area. Perfect for a one night stay, would definitely consider staying again.

Modern room, clean, quiet.

The staff were helpful and friendly

The cleanliness, we changed rooms twice and on the third room decided we had to leave. Absolutely disgusting, a disgusting messy toilet, dirty shower that was clearly clogged, stains and marks, a fake eyelash on our floor and in our towel, we complained and left the same day.

Very clean & comfortable room. Great location with parking next door. Staff were extremely friendly & very helpful.

The hotel location was great. it was 1 minute from train station. My air conditioner was not working but the staff immediately changed my room and they were very friendly. WiFi was really fast and didn't have any connection problems. room was big and comfortable. I liked that they had coffee and tea in the room.

breakfast could be better. I expected more options for the breakfast. they are mainly serving from the menu. bathroom amenities could be provided. room was a little dusty but generally it was clean.
