The location. It's very central.
The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything and a very short walk to the train station. The service was fantastic. Our room was right by the elevator, and it was still pretty quiet.

Cons -

The room is very small. No closet or space to store ones bags and clothes. Shower cubicle is only partly closed.
The room looked like an Ikea display. But for $--- what do you expect for Manchester? The bathroom tile was loose, and when we notified the front desk clerk when we checked out he radioed maintenance immediately.
