- Food was very bad
- The air conditioner was extremely loud, did not get any sleep prior to transatlantic flight , long walk to the room , grandson told he couldn't use a float in the pool,( for paid lessons only),too deep for him, very disappointing end to our vacation.

Staff and restaurant were very nice , airport shuttle

Shuttle bus is really good with early departure. Staff were very helpful. Exec lounge was decent
