The staff are fabulous. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have been updated though the hotel itself is older. No lifts. The sofa beds are very small so dont expect two adults to be comfortable on them. Lovely bar downstairs and if youre a Liverpool fan its the only place to stay.
