- The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very quiet despite it's central location. It's quite difficult to find though. The entrance is not very obvious.

Cons -
- Incredibly noisy all through the night, due to being on the front of the building and it being single glazing sash windows. Only one towel in the room. No facilities for breakfast on site and no warning the restaurant was closed for refurb. Generally a very disappointing stay when paying a premium price for the hotel.
