- Convenience and price
- Cheap and cheerful, great location, just a 10 min cab into the city centre and a great price.
Cons -
- Bed needs to be less rickety. Communal carpets need a deep clean
- The entire hallway smelled very strongly of either cat urine or damp, possibly both. My room also smelled of damp, as did the sheets and duvet. There was a cracked tile in the bathroom which, clearly had some damp under it.
- I appreciate this is a 2-star budget hotel but I was unable to have a shower due to no hot water. This is unacceptable and the person on the desk wasn't particularly bothered. Website states newly refurbed... leaves a lot to be desired.
