- The staff was very accommodating and kind. The meals were also excellent.
- the owner went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. The on-line service overbooked the hotel and there was only one room for the 4 of us traveling. He took 2 of us to his home so we had a place to stay!! We love Scotland.
