This central Glasgow hotel is located on George Square next to Glasgow Queen Street Train Station. It provides elegant rooms right in the heart of the city. Each of the classically furnished rooms offers a flat-screen TV. Rooms also include a private bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, and a safe. The shops of Sauchiehall Street and the O2 Glasgow can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The Gallery of Modern Art and the Buchanan Galleries are both just 5 minutes’ walk away, while Glasgow Central Rail Station is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Cons -

Not a 4 star hotel. Very old fashioned and rooms need renovation to bring them up to date.
The toilet was dirty in the unsuite, the kettle didn't open, the plug for the bath was too small.
I didn't like that there was a black fotoprint on the "clean" towel, that everything seemed really worn out, curtains hanging, furniture worn out as well. There was a hair dryer but it wasn't able to dry the hair Due to lack of air. Not a 4 star worthy.
