This recently converted 200-year-old original mill house is located on the banks of the river Exe in Exeter. Headweir Mill House features a garden, free parking and free WiFi, just a 10-minute walk from Exeter Cathedral. All rooms are en suite and feature hot drink making facilities including Nespresso® coffee machines, flat-screen smart TV's, luxury beds and bedding, complimentary toiletries, hairdryers and ironing facilities. Some rooms have garden and river views. University of Exeter is 0.9 mi and Sandy Park Rugby Stadium is 3.7 mi from the property. Important Info:
Minor works to complete the Exeter flood defense scheme will continue outside the property during the autumn/winter of 2019 and 2020 which can involve contractors working in close proximity to the garden/river elevation of the building. The property anticipate there only being a minor impact on the view from the room. Works usually only take place Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00. Please note that Headweir Mill House does not have air conditioning as it is a listed building in a conservation area.Bar is closed from 2025-12-25 until 2025-12-25

- Great central location with plenty of parking. Helpful friendly staff who accomodated my later than planned arrival. The room was large with great views over the river. I would certainly consider staying here again and recommend without reservation.
