The location was good and the staff were very helpful

WE felt the facilities were not great and the cost of the room was a bit over priced

Traditional hotel right on the sea front. Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit overly formal - you had to order and be given everything - a small piece of melon on a plate, an omlette that didn’t taste of anything. It felt like they were trying to create a fine dining experience but could have done better with self-service.

Didn't get room I booked ..nightmare through booking com.no excuse I laid for big seaview room..they didn't give me had tiny window 3rd floor room rubbish seaview

The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was really comfy and great facilities.

Car park at rear very busy a limited for spacing. But i will say a member of staff was very kind an managed to park my car for me.

Fantastic location, warm and friendly rooms good size & well appointed. Staff attentive & friendly.Bathroom very modern.Breakfast was superb and beautifully served too.

Shower not very powerful.Door closed at 10:30pm which was a tad early esp given time of year for Xmas celebrations. Also door bell to alert night porter seemed not to be working either so had to phone & was eventually let in. Not the staffs fault, they were extremely friendly.

Hotel and location is amazing

Wasnt not a great end to the evening or good start to the new year .As we had to have a argument with the bar manager as he accused us of not paying for some of are drinks ,also other us a free drink as it was new year and then try to bill us for it .

Location is perfect, right on the Esplanade. Staff were most helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.

It’s always clean, the staff are super friendly, good value beside the sea front.

Prime location. Valet parking service. Excellent 3 night winter DBB package with 5 course Dinner. Superb staff.

The WiFi was non-existent, I was hoping to stay another night but had to check in at another nearby hotel so that I could get WiFi

The room was adequate for one night and the bed soft and comfortable. The staff were excellent and accommodating (I visited a friend and came back late but someone was waiting for my return to park my car). It's location was excellent - on the seafront and around the corner to the high street. The breakfast was lovely and I could have had as much toast as I wanted.

I had to pay £10 for 1 nights parking.

Well situated on sea front. Very traditional decor especially in room. Exceptionally clean.

Staff very professional and, above all intelligent and polite. They worked well as a team and clearly had their 'eye on the ball'.

I had a single room, and it was a decent size, and good size bathroom. It's a great location, heating was on - and was able to turn radiator if room was too hot. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are old fashioned - but perhaps that is part of the charm! Room was still very comfortable.

All of the staff were excellent very friendly nothing to much trouble it was lovely having bags taken to room and car parked for you

Classic British up market seaside hotel. ice room, comfy bed, Walk-in shower, close to all ammenities.

Everything was fine. No problems at all.
