- bit dated but spotlessly clean great staff and right in the centre of cardiff will return and by the way 20 per cent off drinks at bar for residents also gteat music every night
- Perfect central location for sights, nightlife, shops. Friendly staff and a very reasonable room hotel rate. Good value breakfast with large selection from buffet table and hot food prepared to order. Room was spotlessly clean with all usual amenities.

- maybe a paint job but other than that no complaints
- This hotel falls short due to the lack of attention to decor. The room provided was in need of redecoration to tidy up the inevitable scuff marks and wear and tear. A coat of paint cost relatively little. Hanging curtains that fit properly would also help
