Cons -

The previous guest had broken the shower tray so it couldn?t be used. The toilet seat was also damaged. I was offered to use a communal shower but it is not the same. I had already paid you so couldn?t get anything knocked off the bill. Not hotel fault
The room was very cold tje heating was off the whole night.
