- I am a light sleeper and it was overall noisy. You could hear things from other rooms and from the corridor. On top of that there was some kind of fan going non-stop that I couldn't switch off and that really disturbed my sleep, so that's the only thing that bothered me, but it's quite significant.
- We're used to a larger bed so a little small when most hotels have at least a king sized

Location. Hotel was based on a campus with no signage giving directions to it. Wasted an hour trying to find the hotel, couldn’t be better.

Very clean and well organized, helpful staff, close to the conference venue
I stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was the same every day with not many options. The food quality was in general below average.
The breakfast was lovely. Had a nice bar, small but cosy and 2 other lounges to sit it. The grounds the hotel was set in were lovely and you can walk round them. When all the flowers are out it will look lovely, we went in February.

Very new and clean. Very quiet. It is quite an extraordinary site due to it being a science park.
The location was perfect as I was working in the Thornton Building on the Genome Campus.The free WiFi provided was super fast which was a huge help.
If I was being picky I would say the breakfast could have had a few more cold/continental options but that is more personal preference.

Facilities were not working (i.e. no television, no wi-fi, bar food not available)!! We were not informed before our visit of the lack of these services which did impact on our stay.
Breakfast was fine, there were not many people staying over the weekend so the breakfast staff cooked eggs to order, everything else was a good, fresh selection.

The hotel was amazing, and I could not fault the service at all. If I am in the area again I would have no hesitation in using it again. It was so quiet, with beautiful accommodation and grounds. Far exceeded my expectations in all respects. The staff I saw were very friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was also very good.
I loved it. A bit more signage might help to find your way around as it is a huge site.
Lovely park, nice room
Breakfast on Sunday only until 9:30. When we arrived at 9:25 almost everything was already cleaned up. A bit disappointing for a relatively high price. The door to our building did no function correctly
