Lovely spacious room, with freestanding bath. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent restaurant. Good location.

Only one coffee machine in breakfast room, meant permanent long queue for coffee.Car park was full up by 4.30.

Central location and very clean.

The free Bentley ride was not available.

Everything- we were treated like Royalty in every way and the ride in the Bentley was the icing on the cake. Ruben was the waiter at breakfast and was the star of the show!!

Hard to find anything to say here but the duvet was a wincy bit lumpy but I am really having to scratch my head to think of anything!!

Here’s a polished, firm but fair We have stayed at this hotel four times now and have always enjoyed it, however on our last two visits we were unable to check into our room at the stated 3pm check-in time. On both occasions we waited over an hour before having to ask whether our room was ready, which was disappointing and frustrating.Although we were offered a complimentary drink voucher as an apology, it was limited to certain drinks only, which felt rather restrictive and took away from what should have been a genuine gesture of goodwill.Unfortunately, this experience put a dampener on our stay and, as it has now happened twice, it has made us reconsider where we will stay on our

Fab location

Second time we stayed and the room was not as nice despite us paying more than last time. Really pokey bathroom with shower over a small bath. I mentioned this while checking out and the guy said he’d look into it but I never heard anything from him. We filled out the form for breakfast in our room but when it arrived it was missing both juices, both toasts and didn’t provide any milk for the cereal or even the coffee. The guy that delivered it was very pleasant.

Excellent location ,very attentive staff very well presented.

Our room was on the top floor but unfortunately the lift wasn’t working during the night there was a loud drowning noise that woke us up which the staff could not explain which spoilt our experience.

Rooms are very nice. Spacious and clean with a great view of the park.

- we were unfortunately awoken at 0745 by housekeeping to see if we wanted the room cleaning - the shakshuka at breakfast was absolutely terrible. It was essentially luke warm tomato soup poured on top of an over-poached tomato egg. No flavour and presented terribly. - we were also offered on the day that guests are eligible for a complimentary tour round Cambridge in one of the Bentleys. As we were not made aware of this before, we had already made plans and were not able to make the most of this.

The room I was given this time was in a little corner and had a bit of noise coming from another room. Not sure if it was the water heater tank

£28 for parking in spaces which are so small, you risk a dent from the next car!

Location is easy to reach from train station. Only a short walk to town centre.Beds are very comfy.

Love this hotel, staff are fantastic.Restaurant for breakfast was lovely, enjoyed at drink at the bar and our room was perfect.Will be back soon for longer!

Breakfast was very expensive!

The location was amazing and the finishing touches were fantastic (with a couple of exceptions). They also went the extra mile to offer something different to other hotels.

1) The handle on the wardrobe door was broken. This is a small thing but needs sorting and refining.2) I ordered a bottle of wine to be in the room on arrival. This was not preset and I had to ask.3) the only lift in the property wasn’t working. I appreciate things break down but again there were not people readily available to help with luggage. 4) the food is fantastic but we have up eating for our deserts after 45 minutes of waiting! Such a shame. 5) we ordered breakfast in the morning which took 30 minutes or more to arrive and when it did come the order was incorrect.
