Facilities and location

The room size and facilities where excellent.

Our room has an issue with the heating, but this was resolved by staff.

The hotel's Team realized we will be there on Valentine's Day and suggested a 4 course meal. This was very nice, we enjoyed the stay very much

The Star Man Restaurant

The room was a bit cold and the heating isn’t that working properly. However, we were given a portable heating after reporting it to them.

Everything is new and works just fine.

Our sheets were NEVER changed and were stained when we arrive. The carpet also had many stains. Very disappointing for the price and that it looks like a brand new hotel, but very dirty. My husband also paid for a romantic package that we never got.

It was comfortable and clean. Nice sized rooms.

Way off the beaten track. Rooms okay as was the restaurant which has patently closed down. Breakfast is buffet and very hit n miss…..cold unless you move quick. Coffee machine broken which was a shame. Private car park at £20 a night but no recharge facilities working !

Clean comfortable place to stay, very nice breakfast menu. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very professional and friendly.

Took ages to get problematic kettle fixed , was a bit outside town so had to get taxis or local buses.

Large room, very clean and comfortable bed. Nice shower as well. Pretty decorations. Friendly stuff.

The iron in the room was not really working. The parking is 20£ per 24h, which is a bit expensive. To go to the city center is a bit tricky.

Great modern hotel, underground parking on site. Good food and service

Modern hotel in new town development on outskirts of Cambridge. Clean and comfortable.

Food and drinks were expensive.

The room was a good size. It was quiet. I slept well. Bus service was great.Breakfast eas good.Bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Needed room card to use lifts and internal doors which wasn't initially explained to us.

Good quality accommodation at a very reasonable price

Slow initial service in restaurant which was not very busy. Server when he eventually arrived was excellent

Shame the rooftop terrace is being refurbished but hope to make use of it another time
