It's a walk to town, 30-40 minutes but for us that wasn't a problem!

The price, the room and the breakfast.

The evening meal was of a poor quality, chips weren't warm, the pie had been microwaved too long and the pots of peas and gravy were so hot I couldn't pick them up.

The free breakfast was good, they had plenty of options. The curtains in the room overlapped so that barely any light was able to get inside in the morning.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating- I got a free room upgrade, which was amazing. Also, the breakfast was very tasty.

The location was a bit further away than I thought and the path too it was a bit dodgy - I walked down it at night - and there wasn't much around the area. This is not really the fault of the hotel, but just an observation.

Need a few more disabled spaces . Other than that , it was lovely

it was the perfect location for our trip to duxford air museum the staff were excellent booking in was so simple and quick rom was clean and tidy bed was very comfortable breakfast had everything you could have wanted I thought it was worth double what we paid and I`m from Yorkshire!

Cheaper than others closer to cambridge

Not a huge srlection on the menu so had to drive to get to a nice restaurant

We stay here often because it has accessible rooms for my disabled father in law and the staff are always very kind and helpful.

Our evening meal was dreadful. It was disappointing after a long, tiring drive. The meat was so chewy we couldn't eat it and the vegetables were not cooked and were tasteless. I think it had been on stand for a while and then microwaved to heat it up. It was the hunters chicken. We did tell a member of staff who offered us free drinks and was very apologetic about the meal but we didn't want any drinks. We've not had an evening meal there before so maybe we caught the chef on a bad night.

Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and tidy, the pillows were great and the bed was very comfortable.The location was good for walking into Cambridge city centre. It was also quiet throughout the night.One of my party was gluten free - the gluten free options at breakfast were good.

Didn't luke the eggs but that's personal preference The staff were absolutely amazing so lovely and friendly to my one year old going out their way to stop and speak to him the kid loved every minute couldn't fault anything

Absolutely nothing the staff are a credit to the hotel and should all have a pay rise

Very helpful and efficient staff. Great room with everything we needed. Really good breakfast with plenty of choice. A really good location for reaching Addenbrookes hospital as well.

Not so keen on the pillows.

Value for money. Decent room size and comfortable with all basic amenities you look for in a budget hotel. The WiFi connection was also good. The breakfast was fine, too.

Nothing specific

Everything was superb. Staff responded promptly to our additional requests and our room was quiet, warm and comfortable. The extensive car park was much appreciated. The menu is varied and there are some interesting items as well as the basics. Service was very good and all staff were friendly and polite. Staff at breakfast worked with brisk efficiency to clear and clean tables at a very busy time and maintain supplies. We were very impressed with the separate gluten free area and toaster. We would like to mention Jorgen who was an excellent barman and was back again racing around at breakfast, but still had time for a friendly word.

I wouldn't be happy walking into town along the tree lined pathway on my own after dark. There doesn't seem to be a nearby bus stop.

Heating wouldn't turn up

Quite frankly this hotel has gone down faster than a British winter Olympian

Light bulb hanging by a cup screw , dirty carpet,Long wait for each course of dinner 30 minutes , wasn't even busy , then at breakfast 09.25 was told not going to put out any more bake beans as service closes at 09.30,Manager spoken to but passed it off as sickness

Friendly staff, clean, location, facilities.

Food ! Shocking quality or should I say zero quality!Both evening meal and breakfast terrible. Microwave curry, and substandard. Breakfast couldn’t eat as it was so bad.
