    Pros +

    • The spa was phenomenal
    • The room was clean and tidy and comfortable and the sea view was lovely. The staff were polite and friendly.
    • Nice size room, nice extras in the room, nice facilities, helpful staff

    Cons -

    • The bathroom window didn't close properly so the bathroom was freezing.
    • The nightclub next door with the music that kept us awake until 4.30am. The spa being at full capacity meaning we couldn’t use it (this was the main reason for our stay, and we’d travelled 2 hours to get there). The lift wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor with a heavy suitcase.
    • Key cards didn’t work and the elevator was out of use. Also quite expensive, especially as no breakfast included in price

    LocationBar and restaurant

The room was very small and claustrophobic. I prefer to be able to access the bed from both sides. Bed was squeezed into a very small space.

    The spa

Told to get out of the hydro pool no explanation nothing just get out it’s closed this wax at 10am

The spa was amazing and they went the extra mile for my girlfriend on her birthday adding a happy birthday pudding waiting in our room when we got back from the spa

    8YvanPosted on: 2-19-2026

Great location, Small but fonctionnel room, Everything in working order. Great sauna and in my view a reasonable cost for the stay

The only thing that bother me was the out of order lift and the many doors I had to open before being able to reach the bedroom

The room. The food. The staff

    9AmyPosted on: 2-18-2026

I loved the staff and the spa. The view is also incredible.

It’s a shame that breakfast and spa was not included in the price of the room. The sea view is amazing and must be so hard to keep up the window cleaning but our windows were quite dirty with even some mould growing on the inside so this could be improved.

The spa facilities were really nice and fabulous breakfast.

Lift wasn't working so had to use service lift which was extremely cramed with suitcases

Loved the spa, and we loved the Gin in the hotel room, such a nice touch. The room was really cozy and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the location was perfect!

It was all ok I guess. Everything was clean, the staff friendly. All aspects of the spa worked well.

The lift is crummy. Feels a bit weary in places - needs a refresh.

Great customer service clean rooms great food in the restaurant

    8MaiseyPosted on: 2-16-2026

The harbour hotel had stunning room interior and amazing spa facilities.

The back staircase was filthy and unkept. Also when a sea view is advertised that is what is expected not mainly the road and a tiny bit of the sea.

    10RichardPosted on: 2-16-2026

Incredible place! Staff can’t do more for you. The breakfast range was amazing. Rooms are great and the spa….. is just wonderful. Will definitely book again

    9LouisePosted on: 2-16-2026

Nice central location. Single room was very small but fine for one night. Spa was small but very nice.

Turned off air conditioning but there was still a whirring noise in the room which was quite loud.

    6DaniellePosted on: 2-15-2026

Really lovely decor and modern, have stay here before and had a lovely stay so came back again. So clean everywhere, breakfast options are amazing so much variety. Spa lovely. Very comfy beds

Where are rooms where situated was right at the back of the hotel behind a street/alleyway and it was unbelievably noisy, with people shouting and the opposite building was emptying bin with glass bottles in at about 4 in the morning this all made us not sleep I think I had around maybe 2 hours sleep in total which was such a shame as the rooms and beds are so comfy, and I know we are staying in a busy area on a Saturday night but for the money I paid for this as it was a Christmas gift to have us all have no sleep was really disappointing, I know it may not be helped as of the location (which is great and central) but for sleeping not so much.

    4ChristopherPosted on: 2-15-2026

The place was nice .We book there as the facilities were what we wanted but nothing was said to us about the spa was only allowed so many people and there is no booking available so had to wait for a phone call to say there was enough space .Also the lift wasnt working and we were on the 3rd floor my partner has cancer in the spine and i was having knee replacement .If we had been informed of this we would have cancelled and when we asked why people wasnt informed .They could not give a reason why staff were fantastic and couldnt be more helpfull

Lack of information of the lift and stairs around the builbing and not been informed of 1st come 1st serve for the spa and not been able to book .1st day couldnt use spa until quite late in the evening having waited for a call for 3 hours
