Breakfast buffee was rather basic. Too old fashioned. Cheap cheese and meats. Very little choice for vegetarians.

Close to beach
To much maintenance needed on the property. When we arrived in our room there were no lights working. Maintenance guys came promptly, but couldn't find the problem until they discovered a leak from a room above causing the lights to fail. We were moved to another room quickly, but to the next floor up. Only one lift working, which took no more than 5 or 6 people at a push. Waited 15 minutes to be able to get the lift. We had one disabled person in our party who finds it very difficult to manage stairs.Staff where very helpful and friendly.
The health suite was great.
The furnishings in the room were a bit dated and tarnished. There was no desk chair in the room to work. I used the lounge chair but the height wasn’t quite right!
The hotel overall was very good; the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast, the pool and gym were all very clean. Also, the person who helped us at reception, named Carlos, was very friendly and answered all our questions. So, Carlos, thank you very much for everything.
Close to the beach that’s the only benefits
Dilapidated property, not what is shown in the pictures cleanness is very poor room smells like an antique as all furniture is already worn to the max floors are very unlevel inside the room. Windows let a lot of breeze as they are all rotten and only one heater in the room so room very cold someone from Booking.com needs to stay there and revise the price because there’s no way it’s worth as much as a Hilton
The sea view room was lovely
The windows could do with a lick of paint- but this wasn’t the end of the world.£9.60 for room service chips for my son is extortionate!
Our upgrade room was amazing great size and the bed was sooooo comfortable Wonderful great nights sleep
The smell of the room was dampAnd it is such a beautiful big room it could do with a bit of decor some pictures colour fresher furniture the shower leaked and the toilet was so lonesome in such a big room needs to be brought up to date a bit and u could charge more
Location maybe the best in Brighton, big room ,best sea view
Maybe could do with a tiny bit of attention to detail
Room was lovely and warm on arrival. Saff very helpful especially liz
Great location for Brighton beach and pier
We like to stay in the tower rooms when we stay!
When we first started staying here there were 2 wing back chairs as well as the sofa. You now need to move the sofa to watch to
The location is excellent—right across from the promenade—and it was great having some kitchen facilities in the apartments.
The wifi barely worked and the room was very small up narrow, steep stairs. The radiator didn’t work, though one of the staff brought another portable one that warmed us well. The pool was cold due to maintenance and the steam/sauna was too crowded to use. Lots of construction noise.
room was lovely... with many original features... staff were friendly pool sauna steam room were terrific.
breakfast was terrific... the waiters and front of house staff were very attentive
Such a lovely hotel. Very clean. Rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly. Perfect location
Very close to the lanes and all the Resturants and shops Gym and spa open Breakfast was ok good choice but get there early
We had the apartment, which suited us as we were able to make our breakfast. Great location to everything with a beautiful view. It was a bonus to have the gym and the pool.
The water of the pool could have been a little warmer.
The rooms were a nice size with plenty of room and comfortable easy chairs and table.Breakfast was perfectly adequate for our needs. The location was noisy but Brighton is a busy city so to be expected.
Nothing to say here, we were happy with everything.
Hotel was clean and staff very friendly
The windows needed double glazing and drafty and noisy at night
