    Pros +

    • Very clean & comfortable. Also found it quite relaxing especially the bar area
    • Everything about the place tbh
    • Location. Indoor pool.

    Cons -

    • TV in room did not work for our entire stay. We reported it & an engineer turned up within 30 minutes. We were then informed that it was an issue with the whole of the 1st floor rooms. We were told it was going to be rectified but it never was.
    • The fact they took cash at reception as I had lost my card, then was told they won’t take cash at breakfast, not the end of the world, first world problems I guess
    • Busy. Pool very shallow, difficult to swim in properly. It would be nice to be served tea and coffee in the breakfast hall rather than having to queue for 10 minutes to get a drink! (Two coffee machines broken whilst we were there). It’s a shame that we have lost the whole Britishness of having silver service.

Nice large room - comfy bed - clean bathroom - good view

swarming with kids - my fault...forgot it was half term.

The location is great and the breakfast was good.

Drainage stench in the toilet. Big hole in the Celing where sprinkler was in place. Very rude cleaning staff , barging in rooms although we booked for later check out whilst asleep. Knocked and walked straight in, didn’t wait for a response.

    Close to amenities

The room, outlook was awful. It was a room/bathroom for disabled. Air conditioning was very noisy.Check in was slow and lengthy once at front desk.

    Great location

Car park is ridiculously tight and even the discounted price is too high for an overnight stay

Good location Friendly reception staffClean and well decorated

Poor customer service from bar staffBeing woken up by reception staff with a 2220 call by mistake.Drilling and banging at 0830Fire alarm for 2 minutes at 0930

Excellent location. Very clean. Nice sea view.

The room very clean and comfortable. We stayed for our daughters graduation at the Brighton Centre, so location was perfect

    10RhiannonPosted on: 2-11-2026

    The beds were very comfortable

There was quite a big queue at check in and out times and staff seemed to take longer to find us as we booked via booking.com

The location was great and the rooms are nice

There was a conference on and as guests we felt ignored I emailed the property twice before arriving and have emailed them twice since leaving as our big birthdays were completely ignored Have had no response

    Location, presentation, cleanliness, friendliness

Room and particularly bathroom were small. Entry to shower was very tight, anyone with any restrictions to their agility would struggle to use it. Room was also very warm, had to open windows and use air conditioning in February.

    7CharalambousPosted on: 2-6-2026

    The beach across the road

The TV order for room service was out of order and didn't fix it

    9FayPosted on: 2-5-2026

    Location, room, staff and cleanliness.

    6PedramPosted on: 2-5-2026

Location, specious room (we had a gorgeous Seaview), and restaurant and cleaning staff very helpful

The balcony door wasn’t closing well and all day street noise was annoying; the room had two locked doors connecting to next room and we could hear them neighbors most of the times. Reservation team could be more helpful when I requested dates change due to emergency. The spa is extremely small for such a large hotel and it was overcrowded anytime we tried to use the facilities.
