Clean, and pleasant room.

Whimsical staircase arrangement meant that I had to lug my case up and down several flights of stairs even though there was an elevator. Arms hurt.

Desk staff and waiters were courteous and helpful.

Our room creaked and groaned whenever the elevator was used, which kept me awake until about 4 am.

Please note that the hotel no longer accepts payments by cheque. Please be aware that a pet fee of GBP 25.00 per stay will be applied to all reservations that include a pet. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
