Square Townhouse

It was cozy and quiet yet close to everything. And satff was very accommodating and helpful when I ran into some logistical issues and needed help.

Myself and my wife love a lovely place to stay,we had the Hensley junior suit and the photos didn’t do it justice.We were in Brighton for NY but the room was so lovely we went back by 9 and had a part of our own.

The property was very contemporary and classy,especially well done from the minute you walked in the door.

Everything. The place is stunning and the room was huge.Front of house Nauris was amazing, he showed us everything we needed and couldn’t be more accommodating and welcoming!

Too many stairs to get to the room, even though we were offered a different room upon arrival. Parking was a huge issue.

Me being stupid enough to read 'no lift' and still thinking I can wear my clunkiest shoes. My mistake completely, I was aware 100% there were no lifts

Two things stood out. First, the extremely friendly and welcoming nature of the hotel’s front-of-house Maddy, who also helpfully recommended a restaurant that perfectly matched our needs for the single night we stayed. Second, the breakfasts, which were both terrifically well cooked and presented. But also the breakfast menu generally which was far more inventive than usual.

An observation rather than a criticism: in contrast with many of the Brighton hotels, the décor is ‘dark stylish metropolitan’ instead of ‘bright beach-house white’. So our Classic Double room naturally felt smaller than its already cosy 160 sq.ft. If a feeling of space is important, the hotel does have numerous larger rooms, some very considerably so.

The property was well situated, we stayed in a Luxury sea view room which was nice and spacious and very quiet

Decor brilliant, staff marvellous, breakfast superb.Lucky to get parking in the square and the cost is good for Brighton.

Room a little cool for our liking as radiator only warm and boxed in behind sofa and fitted electric heater didn't work.

We loved our stay and would definitely be back, the only thing that could be improved would be the bar to be open in the evening but understand this is probably not worthwhile if only a few guests

Room was a little on the small side. Sheet and duvet cover were stained. They were changed for us.

Excellent location to numerous restaurants and iconic sites.Exquisite interior setting with every amenity that one could wish for and incredibly “spotless.”

N/A the reason for no complaints is due to the extra service provided to us in taking our luggage to the top floor on a very narrow staircases both upon arrival and departure.
