This elegant Victorian hotel overlooks the beach, sea and promenade, and has a brasserie restaurant for guests to enjoy. It is half a mile from Churchill Square shopping center, and has free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel has a bar and 24-hour room service. Each clean, modern room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with toiletries. Some rooms have sea views. A Grade II registered historic building, it was built in 1864 and retains traditional features like its original Regency staircase. Guests can dine in the restaurant, which overlooks the sea and offers food 24 hours a day. Brighton Pier, The Lanes and the Royal Pavilion are 1 mile from the hotel. The convention center and town center can be reached in around 10 minutes by foot.

- Most memorable moment staying at the Mercure was the staff , open friendly and always ready to help out. Hotel employee at front desk was outstanding made the experience so much better. ***** for front desk
- Very comfortable and clean. Only booked for one night but settled in well. Good WiFi connection and very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
