Dirty room, hairs on bed, in shower, on bathroom floor, on shelf under TV. Lamp not working. Mattress really thin and hard.

Staff very helpful friendly and welcoming. Always available if required

Nothing all was great

Asked for anniversary flowers to be laid on the bed, and got them put in a lovely vase, room upgrade for a better view, and happy anniversary room platter! Extremely accommodating staff, lovely atmosphere, and made for a great couple of days off with my girlfriend.

Ibis was very nice and Comfortable we stayed on the 7th floor which was very good no traffic noise

Location close to the station, buses and the shops in the Lanes. Clean and modern property. Good breakfast.

Terribly noisy. We were on 2nd floor ahd were awake from before 4am due to noise from other people’s showers toilets etc and traffic from the road behind our window

Location, right near main line Brighton Station. Friendly staff. Great shower and easy to use transparent doors into shower and also non-slip surface. Staff saying hello and goodbye on entering and leaving hotel. Great to be able to leave luggage at hotel before check-in, especially as it is free!

Everything was as I expected it to be.

It was super close to the train station and centre where I needed to be. It was clean and comfortable.

There was some kind of fight that broke out on my floor in the middle of the night which was quite nerve wracking with lots of yelling and banging. It wasn’t acknowledged by staff in the morning when I mentioned it.

Basic tea and coffee. Cheap spoons. Tiny bins. Not many towels.

The location was absolutely amazing! Very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made getting around really easy. That was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The room cleanliness was disappointing. There was a noticeable amount of dust when we arrived. We informed the staff and asked for it to be cleaned, but unfortunately, even after housekeeping came, the dust was still there. This was frustrating and made the room feel less comfortable than it should have been.

I didn’t like it’s smell of weed

The staff was really nice, the room was clean and big. Bathroom was lovely with good water pressure.

Early checkout and it would have been nice if there were more tv channel options.
