    Cons -

    • Any bed & breakfast that thinks a miniature box of cereal qualifies as a breakfast needs to re-evaluate their advertising. Tiny room, no wardrobe, and a shared shower room and toilet. Absolutely shocking experience and we won't stay there again ¿¿
    • basement room with steep outdoor steps and no banister we ended up falling on more than one occasion it is also very damp in the mornings in the room and whilst there are obvious efforts to improve this our clothes and sheets ended up wet with puddles forming by the door by the end of our stay
    • Sofa (additinal sleeping place) is not very comfy. Some items are a bit dated.

Really great location, lots of facilities that we really like and a lovely little outside area that we could use

Not the easiest to park outside, however, we got there in the end!

We had a bottle of wine waiting for us. plus milk and juice and breakfast cereal ! :)

A later check out would have been nice

The location was very good. We stayed in the bunk bed room on the ground floor at the back. The room was tiny but well equipped and had everything we needed for a short two night stay.

We were a couple so bunk beds wasn’t ideal but it was the last room available. I think due to the Marathon being on everything got booked up early. We would definitely use this quest house again but try and book a double bed next time. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The only fault was the shower water pressure.

Great value for money with ideal location.

Very noisy radiators throughout the stay at the top of the house.

Good size room Nicely presented , fridge had complementary milk , water and a bottle of wine nice touch. Also packets of cereal available.Really good location , short walk into town and located near to the beach front. Will stay again

Parking could be a bit of a problem , did have to drive round the roads to find a parking spot , luckily managed to get one near property, you do need to put permit in car 24hr permits available but make sure you have enough to cover stay. Parking wardens out all the time, and will get a parking fine.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi and entered the property, we had a good vibe and felt as comfortable like home away from home. The size and layout of the property was superb with a lovely open plan kitchen /living room which was great for entertaining and very spacious and a beautiful bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and a little seating area and a lovely modern free standing bath and there were two bedrooms completely separate from each other which was very entertaining, but I won't spoil the suprise?..The host was also lovely and very knowledgeable.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property/host.

Everything you needed in a little room for an overnight stay

Idiots sharing the accommodation with us making too much noise.

    2DanielPosted on: 3-10-2024

Dreadful, room wasn't cleaned for 3 days noisy neighbours banging on walls, left in disgust .

    10ConnorPosted on: 3-5-2024

Was a very cosy little room right near the sea front and the Brighton Pier. There was a mini fridge in the room and the owner was very helpful in helping us sort out parking

The room did get a little warm at somepoints but this is expected in an attic style room

Lovely, clean garden apartment for a couple ,great central location, the bed was so comfortable and my fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay for my fiancés birthday. Would definitely stay again. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch for the birthday break.

    Nothing. Everything was lovely.

    Not having a elevator

    Great spot close to beach

Close to restaurant and grocery stores good spot

    6CassiePosted on: 1-8-2024

The basement room bed was fairly comfortable, and there was heating

The room was more cramped than expected, the cutlery, plates and cups provided were all dirty when we arrived, the carpet/rug smelled and had sand and dirt coming out of it.

    7CieraPosted on: 1-3-2024

It was good value for money cheap and self check in was nice

The walls upstairs are thin we heard a crying baby in the night and couldn’t sleep

    9StephaniePosted on: 1-2-2024

Fantastic, affordable accommodation. Perfect size for our group with comfortable beds and sofas. The location was perfect only being a short walk from the beach and the city centre. The communication from the property owner was fantastic and the supplies in the apartment were an added bonus - thank you!

The door to the apartment was quite tricky to open and shut, but we worked out the knack of it!

    10Ebuer1Posted on: 1-1-2024

The facilities and the value for money were exceptional- as well as the usual kettle with coffee, tea etc we got cereal and a mini fridge containing a large milk and orange juice. We even got a free bottle of wine !! The personal touches were so lovely and it was so homely and also super clean. Another big one for me was the fact they’re dog friendly and at no extra cost!!Location was amazing too - literally 2 mins from all the main restaurants and 5 mins from the seafront! Cannot wait to come back again!

    Nothing :)

Nice apartment with small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There is TV in lounge and bedroom.

Coffee machine was not working and bathroom extractor fan not working as well, the sofa bed mattress could do with replacement.
