I was in a disabled suite . The suite was spacious and had lots of grab rails which were really helpful when showering the bathroom so spacious big enough for 4 wheel walker and wheelchair. Very clean . Staff can't do enough for you. Terry, Kurt, and preya so so helpful. The breakfast plenty of choice and fresh and hot. The breakfast staff so helpful I would highly recommend this hotel as it is central for everything from theatre and shops and the symphony Hall and arena . There is everything you need in the apartment I'm looking forward to booking again.

Brilliant location. Fantastic facilities and the staff were so welcoming. We will most definitely be staying here again. Breakfast was also great. Very comfortable bed.

We complained to the reception about the awful noise coming from the room next door. We had an inter connecting room, but wasn't connected if this makes sense as was just me and my partner. The neighbours had loads of people in one room, music was loud, they was loud. They was trying to open the connecting door and was bashing into it. After 20mins we went down to reception. They told us they will knock and have a word. When we returned to our room just agter midnight my partner laid down to sleep as he was unwell. The neighbours were arguing till gone 3am. I didn't go down as I didn't want to go alone, im very anxious and was also worried about next door hearing me and this causing more problems. It was awful, it wasn't relaxed. We paid a lot of money for a suite on the top floor with a view and it was absolutely ruined.

The location was brilliant, handy for the Bullring and the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit.

Everything was great. The only slight niggle was no mirror near natural light to put on your make up but nothing major.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice apartment with a comfy bed.

It was a bit of a walk from the car park but when we got there we were really happy.

I left an expensive pair of glasses in the room but when we called the hotel, they said they didn’t find them, which was strange as I knew I left them there

Location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen area was well equipped.

It was so well equipped. Great sized suites. Quiet room with a great view (level 6). Great facilities. Hottest coffee. Excellent breakfast.

We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comforable, the front desk were very helpful, kitchen staff who served breakfast are so friendly and happy to assist with a smile on their faces & the location is perfect.

A few light switches in our room did not work and the bed headboard needs to be replaced. The leather has peeled off aand you wake up to bits all over your pillow and face.

Not the best stay we've...

shower tray was scratched and off colored..it needed scrubbing and bleaching.. bathroom sink waste plug did no latch down and the rubber seal was perished and broken- this was reported but not repaired during a our stay - very little sound deadening between bathroom and bedroom/living area or between adjoining rooms. daylight bulbs fitted in bedside lamps. giving a cold appearance in the room.
