Excellent and spacious bedrooms.

We did not realise the distance to the town when booked, so if you're looking to visit town regularly then you definitely need a car.

The hotel had sent me a note advising they were having an event that evening which was still in progress when we got back at 11.30pm but the music stopped at midnight so we were fine with that!

Room was basic tho clean, price was value for what was available

Fan was supplied though the noise was awful from it so not great to allow for sleep, Bed side lamps didn't work you could either have overhead lighting or nothing, Lack of plug sockets in the room & no mirror at a table to allow you to get ready & do hair etc, Staff unfortunately tended to ignore you when standing at the bar to get a drink

Breakfast was a misrep, not told it was continental, no plates, no cups, had to ask. Walls paper thin, they didn't bother with sound proofing, we had to move room at 3am due to noise from next room

it was to hot in the room fan didn’t work , spoke to reception about the issue he said he would bring up a working fan which he did not do so, offered to change our rooms as apparently there was issues with the central heating he then didn’t move us rooms either after saying so, dirty bed sheets and tv was not turning on also. went down to reception as we decided to leave after being there an hour if that and he then said he will move us rooms after saying over the phone the whole time he was on his way up.. never happened. we ended up leaving and going else where.

Small room and shower over bath in this day and age is not great.

parking. info said security would direct us to where could park if full. no security and reception no idea where were or how to contact. had to park on a non marked space and hope would be ok. reception poor communication.

Clean room, good breakfast

Shower too hot to use. Sink plug not working. Was told I'd have to payfor breakfast which was already included in the price.

lovely setting. great facilities. a lovely modern style and clean hotel. staff went above and beyond to help and were extremely curricula and polite

we had two bath towels for two people for 1 night stay, which is normal, but when I went to shower my bath towel was dirty and we had to request an exchange of towels. But staff were extremely apologetic and immediately reacted to the issue

all of the staff were so friendly and amazing vegan options at breakfast!

The door on the bathroom did not close properly and the toilet had not been cleaned or flushed . it was noisy with the windows open which was needed because of the heat.
