Good quality rooms, didn’t hear trains passing hotel, also cheap Ringo car park near by, £8

Breakfast slightly disappointing, but otherwise hotel and location is great

Staff at reception were pleasant enough

No parking , No do not disturb signs for the door resultimg in my door being knocked by cleaning staff , well before my check out time.

The room was extremely comfortable. I had a lovely corner sofa which I sat on while I watchied TV.They also gave me a mini fridge which I requested so I was able to store food in it, which I needed for my lunch the next day

The location, and facilities are great value for money.

Loved everything! I have been coming to the hotel since 2021, and checkout was always 12pm. The checkout is now 11am which is disappointing.

Waited 45 minutes for room to be ready kids were shattered and tired. Bathroom was disgusting. Stains in the showerKids were so tired didn't get up for breakfast 9.30 finish is ridiculous

Breakfast was very good although they overcooked the blood pudding, it should not have been dry at all. Other than that, the room was nice but had a weird set of curtains with no window behind them, just a wall, the bed was also fine.

There is a very weird sense that you are always watched when on the premises. The doors to the reception lock and you need a key to get into the building. If you ring the bell they simply send the guard to watch the door and do not open it for you. The guard is always staring at you when you are downstairs and is constantly trying to intimidate you. All in all, the room and food were fine but we could do without the prison vibes.

Clean and tidy,very spacious breakfast was really good better than u expected Staff (Ryan) made us feel so welcome such a lovely, young professional man his such a Gem!!

Room only had 1 small window so could feel a bit dark.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean and a decent size with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was ok with a decent choice.

Bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Very noisy, even to sit on. Bed tilted to one side when you got in. (Not because I am large either!)The bed is one of the most important parts of a room and we both had poor sleep because of it.

The tv had no YouTube or Netflix only worked with android phones not appple couldn’t connect to air play
