AC Hotel Birmingham

I really enjoyed the room it was comfortable and clean.

I do wish breakfast was included with the price I paid for the room. I didn’t really dislike this but it did get a little uncomfortable when I’d be in the middle of the bed but you could clearly see it was two single beds pushed together at times throughout the night I felt like I fell off the bed, due to the slight dip in the bed.

Staff were great. Bar was good and well priced.

Bed was way too hard. And people arriving 4am in the morning shouting and screaming drunk.

The reception staff were so lovely! The room was big, beds comfy and shower nice and hot. Nice coffee shop adjoining for snacks

The cleaner knocking at 8:30am and waking me up because I didn't put a DND sign on the outside

Lovely friendly staff who wer all really helpful. A great location within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city centre. A really good breakfast with excellent choice.

Really central, friendly staff. Room was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

No extra bedding and the duvet was quite thin. Just meant we had to leave the heating on for a while.

Location and cleanliness

The staff, the location, hotel room and breakfast was excellent! The beds were confortable. The location was very good , lots of good restaurants within 100 m from hotel lobby.

The room was noisy and the staff were unhelpful when we requested some more pillows. Stating they don’t supply extra pillows.
