Only thing we liked was it was close to where we were going the following day

Staff was rude and arrogant, making a noise gone 12.30am, they allowed kids to run riots in corridors gone 1am, no kettle, tea or coffee and toilet roll in room

Absolutely nothing the room smelled funny,shower drain plug was slow ,mattress was very uncomfortable could feel the springs.The just didn't care. Room could have done with painting.

Everything was just bad I'd never stay here again

Customer friendly staff, good and affordable break fast, Cleanliness,Due to loud music they happily gave us a different room.

People shouting and using abusive language after drinking... Live music late night makes difficult for sleeping.

Rooms them selves were good value for money and clean.

There was no hot water, and upon ringing the reception to inform them we were just told ok we will let the manager know, no one came out while we were there so no one could have a shower before we left.

It was clean n bed was comfy.

No brew facilities kids running up n down corridor. To noisy. Door handles falling off.

Shared bathroom with 2 and with drunken bloke and drunken girl in room nxt door it was chaos,might just of been unlucky8

The location was good for our requirements. The hot water was nice and hot , shower was good with nice towels and bed gad nice crisp sheets. Staff were polite and friendly

Unfortunately the room next door sounded as if the television was on half the night , so a disturbed night, also Tea & Coffee making facilities were not available in the room.Upon going to breakfast we given sincere apologies because the chef had phoned in sick, so no breakfast available. Room needed two chairs (as we don't like sitting on the side of the bed) Also a small bin for rubbish was missing.

Room was tidy and clean

No toilet brush to clean up after yourself in case you stain the toilet bowl while doing number two. For me I don’t like people cleaning up after me I’d rather I do it myself.

Arrived late, there was a lot going on. From bingo to drug dealers and even hookers, this place has everything!

A tad dingy and very basic facilities. Served a purpose for us but next time will probably just stop being greedy and book an actual hotel.

The room was clean

The shower didn't work,the TV didn't work,the heater didn't workThey claim the bar closed at 11pm on the socials and website but was open much later than that was unable to sleep.

No kettle in the room, I pay £30 for a room in Aberdeen and get a kettle with tea/coffee and a microwave....

Nothing worth liking. Unless you'd come for a disco. Not a night's sleep after travelling a long distance.

Been given a room away from disco and toilets which went on till 2.30 am, constant noise till staff left, plus trying to sleep in bed with springs coming through mattress. Unable to shower due to mould in shower, on ceiling and other places, distinct smell of urine. No tea or coffee facilities, just one bedside lamp with broken base. No members of staff to be found on leaving. Ho9 op

Nothing we arrived at our hotel to be told booking.com had over booked and there was no room for us. One member of staff was rude. They said they would send us to another hotel 20-25 minutes away. We were told the hotel would be exactly the same restaurant and parking. But shocker there was no restaurant and no parking. Not somewhere I would happily leave my vehicle either. Ohh and to add insult to injury when we arrived at our supposed hotel we were told they don’t have food available either. Booking.com needs to check before being associated with places, this is the second time we’ve turned up to a place and have been told the facilities listings are incorrect

The hotel we were sent to, had friendly staff but the facilities were filthy and we had the smell of weed in the corridor. Unfortunately as we were in the area for a huge event. We had no option for another hotel as they were all sold out. I have contacted booking.com and and have been told it will take six days to get back to me. The situation was shocking and the person on the phone was also incredibly rude.

What was there to like in the first place. Other people coming into your room. Overpowered smell of fags

Good location + parking kind staff good atmosphere.

Unfortunately we had an intrusion at around midnight where someone unlocked our door from the outside and let themselves into our room and quickly turned around realising it was not their room. I am unsure of how the key they had was able to unlock our door as it should be specific to the lock on their door. Very worrying experience for myself and my partner but other than that the stay was good.

We got there and asked for are key they give us opened the door and there was someone already in that room then went bk and told the staff with that they give us another key and said sorry went to the 2nd room and they again they was a couple in bed yet again someone in that room so went bk again and then they give us the 3 key to 3 room and thank god they was no one in that room I feel like I should be refunded my money bk

Not much

The room was v cold very very noisy not just the music .it felt unsafe lots of noise in coridor lots of door banging constant through night ...room really shabby .Would not recomend and def would not stay again ..

Staff were rude, radiator was hanging off the wall, breakfast was ment to start from 8.30 and at 9.15 we were searching for staff as all doors were locked and lights were off. Items missing from breakfast and 2 hairs were found in food!
