- The staff very unfreiindly and for an Hospitality space it was very Hostile. The kids specifically said they dont like us here and that was painful to hear. The packing situation also stressfulRooms were also small for a king sizeJust a complete ovethyped messOverpriced
- Honestly, we couldn’t fault it. If I was being very picky, the complimentary mini wine wasn’t really drinkable. I had only a mouthful and tipped the rest away. It gave burning stomach vibes. Really, I’m trying to find fault and the complimentary wine was the only one. It’s a really lovely hotel.
- Nothing. All was excellent.

Close to Bullring. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room. Excellent gluten free breakfast, cornflakes, croissants, bread, fruit, yogurt.
A modern hotel with good facilities in an ideal location that will be even better when the tram opens! The breakfast was excellent although the distribution of items around the breakfast area was a bit peculiar.
Stay in this hotel each time we work in Birmingham and it’s cleanliness is always the same as are the staff at front desk always very welcoming and helpful
Thr designThere was a wonderful and kind staff on duty named Mecai such an Angel.

Breakfast was fabService was excellent Rooms spotlesd
Checked in online the day before arrival. This meant a very swift key card collection and we were in our room in minutes. We had booked a family suite which was lovely and big. A sitting area and desk and although advertised as two doubles, but they were at least king sized if not bigger. The beds were very comfortable. The stocked, complimentary mini bar was a very nice touch with chocolates and popcorn. The bathroom had everything we needed and lovely Ritual shower gels/shampoo etc. The location to the bullring and city shops and attractions is brilliant. A 5 minute walk along a very busy bustling street and even later at night there were still plenty of people around and it felt very safe. The breakfast was lovely and had all the usuals. The restaurant is very nice and we wished we’d have booked it for our evening meal as we were a bit disappointed with the one we’d had in town. We had a wonderful nights sleep and the hotel was very quiet at night (which stresses me out when travelling with young children!)

Convenient location, spotlessly clean, excellent decor and very helpful staff.
Nothing. All was excellent.
Everything was fine in a good location.
I had some fish and chips in the bar but this was disappointing with more. thick doughy batter than fish.
It was located near Birmingham New Street. Room was big, comfy and clean
Nothing regarding the room. All was good
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the bed was heavenly to sleep on.
Our only fault was the room phone disconnected often but when you have a mobile phone this isn't needed.
Clean , tidy and friendly staff
No car parking on site
Hotel and people were nice food terrible we had to wait almost 2hours for starter then when we got it it was cold horrible
Personal nice people
Closed to Bullring and New Street Station.. the bus stop in front of the hotelBreakfast is ok

Well located, lovely modern spacious hotel. We had a deluxe double room, great space. Staff super friendly. Near future train station close by will only add positives
Location, cleanliness, excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food
Glasses in the bathroom. Wardrobe clothes rail very high for person of my stature.
The suite we stayed in was very modern, clean and comfortable. The reception area is lovely however we didn't use the bar or restaurant.
There was only one member of staff on reception when we checked in so we waited about 10 minutes. The room has a mini bar but no price list, if any thing is complimentary it would be nice to know or a price of the few items available. The lighting in the room is not very bright and it takes a second to work out how it works on the control panel.
It was very convenient for out stay. We flew over for the Wolverhampton match. So it was nice and easy to get to from the airport and from the match
